Employment Assistance may include assessment of current skills and needs * referrals for training, job preparation, job placement * financial support for work-related needs while training or job searching * work incentives for those who are employed. 
Financial Assistance for basic needs including food * clothing * housing * utilities * some medical costs * special assistance for those with disabilities.
